A solution born in the field
On the CO08 lot of the Lyon-Turin tunnel — Europe's largest infrastructure project — the situation was clear: shift reports were still on Excel. As a digital consultant on the project, I designed and developed a complete solution to address this: field data entry, validation workflows, analytics, automations, document generation. Three years of development, validated by the field teams. It became Lean Construct.

15 years of experience in construction, including 10 years in underground works on France's largest projects. Site manager, then works supervisor at RAZEL-BEC and Implenia. Turned fullstack developer, he joined the Lyon-Turin CO08 lot as a digital consultant. From this field experience, Lean Construct was born: a solution built by someone who knows both the site and the code.
Dual expertise: 15 years in construction (underground works & major projects) + fullstack developer & DevOps. Ability to understand the field and develop adapted digital solutions.

As a freelance fullstack developer, Maxence joins the Lyon-Turin CO08 lot as a digital consultant. The finding is clear: shift reports are on Excel. No consolidation, no automation. A first prototype convinces the field teams.

The vision
From the field to BIM.
BIM makes digitalization mandatory. The digital DOE requires field data to be structured from the start of the project. Lean Construct starts from what teams already do — shift reports — to automatically feed BIM and analytics systems.
Voluntary adoption is slow. BIM mandates it. Lean Construct makes this transition natural.
