The challenge

Before Lean Construct, shift reports were written in Excel. Multiple re-entries, no consolidation, no automation. Data was not usable in real time.

The solution

Deployment of Lean Construct to centralize all shift reports. Single entry by site managers, validation by supervision, data instantly available to all departments.

The results

+3,000shift reports
+90active users
+8,000tracking sheets generated
+77,000 m³recorded

An application built progressively based on daily field feedback. This resulted in a reliable, practical tool usable by all project stakeholders.
